Pharmacy Technician
Certified pharmacy technicians will perform all duties currently
allowed by Tennessee State Pharmacy Law with emphasis on data
input, inventory control and customer service

Tennessee Board of Pharmacy technician certification

GED or high school diploma

Pass drug screen and background check

Tennessee pharmacy technician license — If candidate does not have upon hiring, B&B Apothecary will facilitate application process

To include, but not limited to:

Maintain a high level of professionalism consistent with company standards
-
Answer telephone and direct calls to pharmacist when necessary

Timely and accurate data entry of new and refill prescriptions
-
Access prescription refill information from the pharmacy management system
-
Maintain security of Patient Protected Health Information in accordance with HIPAA
-
Inventory control of pharmacy
-
Carry out daily housekeeping, cleanliness and sanitation programs as established within company guidelines
-
Provide great customer service

Deliver high-quality products to our customers in a safe, courteous, timely manner
